What we collect and why
Account information includes your email, a salted password hash, session and verification records, and workspace membership. We use it to authenticate you, recover access and control permissions. We do not store your password as readable text.
When you provide a website, files or a brief, we store the source material, brand settings, extracted facts and generated ads. We also store reviews, revisions, approval decisions, feedback and credit activity so the service can explain which sources and checks belong to an image.
Imagery preferences and business source material can reveal beliefs or other sensitive information. Supply business information needed for the ad, and avoid unnecessary personal or sensitive data. Public website information comes from the addresses you provide and source pages recorded with your work.
If you connect an advertising account or import results, we process the authorized connection and the observations you provide. Reported results are not evidence that Adrizq caused a business improvement.
Service providers and access
Cloudflare provides hosting, database, media storage, workflow and browser services. Anthropic and Google provide the configured AI generation and review services. Source images, text and generated drafts may be sent to these services as needed for the requested operation. Their services may process data outside your country.
Pages use Google Fonts, which can receive ordinary connection information when a browser requests fonts. Hosting and security systems process connection and error information. Recorded usage includes provider operation, timing and reported token information; it is not a complete provider invoice.
Workspace members can access content according to their role. Approved downloads and held previews require account access. Some original media previously used unguessable public links; copies already downloaded or cached elsewhere cannot be recalled merely by changing access settings.
A connected advertising platform receives only the information needed for the action you authorize. We do not sell personal data. This app does not use third-party advertising trackers in its current interface.
Retention and deletion
Saved sources, ads and workspace records are retained while needed for the workspace and its requested features. Account settings show the deletion process and cancellation period. Removal of your login or personal workspace does not erase another member’s shared business content. Shared source confirmations and immutable approval history can retain the name or email recorded when a decision was made; those records are not silently rewritten because that would invalidate the reviewed ad.
Recovery links and sessions expire. Connected-account tokens are encrypted and removed from active use when disconnected, revoked or expired according to the provider’s reported expiry. Deleting a personal workspace also removes its detailed generation and browser usage records. Security, audit, legal and backup records may require separate handling; a deletion request is not described as complete while the application still has required cleanup pending. Contact support for the specific records and retention criteria that apply to your request.
Your choices and requests
You can correct brand information, change imagery settings, manage available workspace access and request account deletion through the app. You can also ask support@adrizq.app for access, correction, erasure, restriction or objection where applicable. We may need to verify your identity and protect other people’s rights before acting.
Automated review decides whether an image can be exported under the service’s checks; it is not a decision about your creditworthiness, employment or religious status. You can inspect reasons and revise the ad.
